With over 35 years of experience and a proven track record, Four Sisters Inns offers both hotel consulting and long-term hotel management on behalf of small boutique hotel investors. If you are interested in investing in a hotel project, have a project underway or are looking to step away from the daily aspects of hotel operations, Four Sisters Inns could be the right fit for you.
Consulting Services
When planning, designing and building a small hotel, hiring a hotel consultant is critical to your investments' long term potential. By no means is running a hotel rocket science, but there are so many details to building and running a successful inn, particularly a very small one, that one can only learn from years and years of experience.
As President of Four Sisters Inns, Shelley Post Claudel has been doing just that for the last 25 years. Her vast knowledge and experience in the small hotel industry has made her a leader in her field. She and her team, including Joni Costa, Vice President; Lin McMahon, Director of Operations; Tamara Mims, Director of Marketing, and Janet Elarmo, Project Manager, have worked and consulted on countless hotel projects. They advise owners and investors in their respective specialty in making the appropriate decisions that lead to long term investment returns as well as a business exhibiting a high degree of integrity. Consulting services are billed hourly or on a project basis.
Hotel Management
For investors who do not wish to be involved in the day to day operations of their hotel but want to ensure the success of their investment, Four Sisters Inns hotel management is the ideal solution. Management services include overseeing all aspects of the business operations including human resources, customer relations, operations, marketing, public relations, sales, accounting, expense management, rate management, software and IT management, and any minor to major building project. Hotel management fees are typically based on a percentage of gross room revenues and paid monthly. Four Sisters Inns manages various types of properties, however, inclusion into the official branded Four Sisters Inns Collection is based on a thorough evaluation of your location, building, amenities and level of service. Due to expertise, expense control, shared costs amongst other inns in the collection, and rate management, the savings generated by these typically offsets a significant percentage of the Four Sisters Inns management fee.
